Do you offer free collections?
No, we don’t. We offer one off collections for just $50, or regular scheduled pickups from just $15 per month. Besides that we offer reliability and service that our competitors that offer cheaper pricing can’t even begin to match.. that’s why we’re consistently rated as the best paper and cardboard recycling company in Melbourne by our client.
Do you provide recycling bins?
Yes, we provide a full range of bins. Check out our recycling bins page to pick the right bin for you. And if you’re not sure which bin or bins you need, don’t worry... just call us on 1300 883 449 and our friendly staff will help you select the right bins to suit your needs and pickup schedule.
Do you service homes, or just businesses?
Yes, absolutely. We’re happy to collect waste paper and cardboard from any premises, whether it’s commercial, government, residential or anything in between.
Do you collect general waste or hard rubbish?
No, we don't pickup general waste or hard rubbish. But if you call us on 1300 883 449 we'd be happy to refer you to an excellent company that we use and recommend.
What pickup schedules do you offer?
Our standard pickup schedules that we offer are weekly, fortnightly and monthly. However, if you business has needs for more frequent pickups, give us call and we'll work with you to create a pickup schedule that suits your needs perfectly.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all credit cards except for American Express, as well as direct debit.
How do I reschedule a pickup?
Just call us before 4pm the day before your schedule pickup to cancel it, and our friendly staff will be happy to reschedule the pickup for you free of charge.
